The whole experience was frustrating. They kept saying they’d explain things clearly and follow up, but that never really happened. I was left trying to figure out what was going on most of the time, and the communication was just really unclear. If you’re going to make promises, at least stick to them.

We tried OT Defense hoping it would be more useful for day-to-day OT issues, but it felt broad. Didn’t really help with our older PLCs or the messy network stuff we’re dealing with. Probably fine for basics, just wasn’t a fit for us.

I’ve been going through the lessons on OT Defense and they was really clear and easy to follow. The real-world examples were good too, and it helped me understand OT security a lot better.

I’m grateful for how helpful this has been for my career. It gave me the support and confidence I needed to keep moving forward at work.

I was pleasantly surprised by OTDefense. It doesn’t just throw around the usual security buzzwords, it actually gets into the technical side of OT security in a way that feels useful. A few sections took me a second read, but i didn’t mind because the explanations helped me spot where some of our gaps might be. It definitely feels like it was written by people who really know the field, not just a marketing team trying to sound technical.

I thought the course layout was decent overall, like it did the job, but some parts felt like they were in a weird order. A few times I was following along and then kind of got confused because it jumped around a bit. Not terrible, just not super smooth to go through.

As someone who’s still new to OT security, I really wanted otdefense.com to work for me. The material seemed useful, and I could tell there was good information there, but I had a hard time keeping up with the pace.

The lessons felt like they jumped into things quickly, so I kept having to pause, rewind, or go back over parts just to understand what was happening. I think a few more beginner-friendly steps or slower explanations would make a big difference.

If you already have some OT security experience, it might be a better fit. For me, though, it felt a bit rushed, and on some days I ended up feeling more frustrated than like I was actually learning.

Bottom line, it works, but I wouldn’t call it easy to use. I spent more time than expected trying to find certain menus and figure out where things were on different pages. It’s not a terrible platform, and I was able to get things done, but the whole experience felt a bit clunky. I thought it would be simpler, and after a while it just started getting annoying.

Some parts were easy enough to follow, but other parts left me guessing a bit. I felt like the explanation needed a little more detail in places, so it wasn’t always the smooth experience.

The labs were okay for the most part, but a few of them did drop off here and there. Not a huge deal, just kinda annoying when it happened

I tried otdefense.com for a hands-on lab, and overall it was decent. The setup worked without too much hassle, and the OT scenarios actually felt useful instead of just being a bunch of theory dumped on the page.

Good lab overall, but it definitely needs more polish and clearer ownership

I’m usually skeptical when it comes to customer service, but this was actually a good experience. They came across as professional, kept things simple, and were easy to deal with from start to finish

I’m not sure the certificate helped me much when it came to getting a job. Like, it’s nice to have on paper and all, but from what I could tell, it didn’t really move the needle much or make employers care more.

There’s definitely some useful information here, and a few pages gave me what I was looking for. But compared to other resources I’ve used recently, a lot of it feels like it hasn’t been updated in a while. I was hoping for fresher examples and more current details. It’s not useless by any means, just a little stale compared to what I needed.

I’m happy with it overall. It was worth the money, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. No complaints from me.
